How to get out of an old world in Survival Mode

Getting out of the world in a Survival Old World is fairly easy, here’s how:

  1. First, get a lot of blocks like dirt.

2. Once you have gathered enough blocks, go to the edge of the Old World.

3. Once you are at the edge of the Old World, just start building. To do this, jump up and quickly place a block right under you. Just continue the process, until you can’t place anymore blocks.

4. After you can’t place any more blocks, you can walk right off the world.

When you walk off the old world in Survival, you are walking on a block called invisible bedrock, that can’t be broken, even if you are in Creative Mode.

Unfortunately, nothing can be placed on top of the invisible bedrock, as it is at the very top of the building limit.

Though it would be cool to build a house on top of the invisible bedrock outside of the world.

CONGRATULATIONS, you are now outside of your old world in Survival!!!!!!

-Note- This only works on old worlds, and not that many people play on old worlds anymore.

    1. Hey Brandoboy, great question!

Unfortunately we don’t know when Update 0.12.1 will come out. There aren’t that many bug fixes in the beta builds now, so there will probably be about 2-3 more beta builds.

Once the Beta Builds stop are over, the MCPE developers will submit Update 0.12.1 to the appstore, which takes about 1-2 weeks to approve updates.

Once the appstore has approved, the appstore, the google play store, and all other stores will release the update to the public, and then you can play.

Considering all that, Update 0.12.1 should come out some time this month, or early next month.

If you have any more questions, just ask us.

      Happy Minecrafting!
